Nutrition Advice

Kale Smoothie with carrot instead of cucumberHow will you get enough protein?

What about your calcium levels?

Will you be deficient in B vitamins and omega oils?

Isn’t there is a lot of sugar in fruit?

Well, I’m not a nutritionist or a dietician so I’ve searched the internet for answers and on one of my many searches I found: http://www.healthaliciousness.com/

It is packed full of nutrition information and it’s very easy to find what you’re looking for. There are top 10 lists of the best foods to eat or avoid for everything from vitamin A and protein to cholesterol and saturated fat and there are separate sections for vegetarian food and for vegan food. It’s brilliant! I’ve just found out that coconut is really high in saturated fats. I guess that’s the end of my thai curries.
